Get paid for every rebate and every return.
Your team is busy with patients. I reconcile frames, vendor rebates and return credits for you, recover what you're owed, and leave a short list your staff can actually finish.
Your margin estimate
Adjust to fit your businessEstimate only. Aged frames valued at $70 average wholesale. Your audit replaces these assumptions with your actual vendor statements.

Four reviews that put money back in the practice
- Rebate review. What you earned, what was paid, and what to claim now, across every vendor program.
- Frame board review. What sells, what sits, and what to return, transfer or reorder.
- Return credit tracking. Every return followed until the credit lands on your statement.
- A monthly action list. A short list with owners and dates, so it never piles up again.

Illustrative workflow. Step 3 is where most practices lose money: nobody checks.
From rebates earned but never claimed, return credits that never arrived, and cash freed from frames that stopped selling. It adds up to $6,000 or more a year for a typical independent practice, before counting the staff time saved.
How it works for your practice
Audit
Share a few recent vendor statements. You leave with an estimate of what you're owed and what's sitting on your boards.
Recover
I reconcile programs, file claims, chase missing credits and flag frames to return or move.
Stay on top
A short action list keeps rebates, returns and boards current, without adding work for your staff.
Questions practice owners ask first
Do I need new software?
No. I work from your vendor statements and reports from your existing practice management system. Nothing to install.
Which vendors do you cover?
Any frame or lens vendor with a rebate, rewards or return program. If you buy from it, we review it.
What does it cost?
The first audit is free. After that, work is scoped to what we find, with a fixed fee agreed before anything starts. If there's no clear payback, I'll tell you.
How much of my staff's time does this take?
Very little. A short kickoff to gather statements, then a monthly list that takes minutes to work through.
Is my practice data safe?
Your data stays yours. I work under a confidentiality agreement, use only what the review needs, and return or delete it when we're done.
Are you tied to a vendor?
No. I'm independent. I don't sell frames, lenses or software and don't take vendor commissions. The only goal is your margin.
